Community

Xaverian Sixth Form College is a Catholic college and its ethos is based on the love of truth and concern for the needs of others.

The R.E. department and the chaplaincy are an integral part of college life and the Xaverian community, providing a focus for students through lessons and through the many activities available throughout the year.

Our Mission Statement reflects on our commitment to to deliver education in a manner that encompassess Gospel values.

At Xaverian we endeavour to nurture the qualities of justice, charity, hope, reverence, dignity, compassion and joy that can be found in all the members of our community.

Above all, students and staff at Xaverian are encouraged to demonstrate mutual respect for each other. We see Xaverian as a genuine space for personal spiritual development and growth.

'The college offers students a happy, welcoming and spiritually open environment in which they feel safe to explore their own values and faith and that of others.' - Ofsted report 2008
