We are a nursery that endeavours to

• Recognise that the children, families and staff come from many different backgrounds with different experiences and needs.

• Acknowledge and accept individual children and their families and ensure that everything possible is done to give all the chance to develop to their full potential in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

• Provide childcare which involves and is accountable to parents, reflecting the values and practices of home life and individual parents’ wishes regarding their child’s personal needs.

• Monitor, record and share the children’s achievements with parents.

• Encourage good communication between children, parents and staff.

• Be flexible in all aspects of childcare and open to change.

• Uphold registration regulations set by Manchester City Council, including our responsibility to report concerns regarding Child Protection.
