At Victoria Park Day Nursery, we value our relationship with parents and carers. We aim to work in partnership to provide the best possible care by

• understanding the need for and importance of confidentiality, welcoming ideas and suggestions. We want to include parents in our work and make sure that parents feel able to discuss any aspect of the nursery and to join in our activities

• keeping parents informed of any potential changes or any forthcoming events

• ensuring consistency and reliability so that parents can work and plan with confidence and peace of mind

• sharing and discussing the children’s achievements, friendships and experiences
