At Victoria Park Day Nursery we believe that the happiness of the children and the parents’ and carers’ peace of mind are paramount. We promise to provide your family with the highest quality childcare

To keep our promise we maintain high staff:child ratios in a small, friendly atmosphere.

All of our staff are experienced child carers with a variety of training and knowledge. Most staff hold either NNEB, NVQ or BTEC qualifications.

All of our staff have undergone rigorous character vetting and are police checked before commencing their employment.

To ensure that your child receives the best possible care, Victoria Park Day Nursery operates a Key Carer system. Your child will be gently introduced to nursery life with a carefully selected member of staff.

A warm and trusting relationship will grow between the key carer, parent and child.

The key carer will monitor and support your child’s development, plan specific activities along with other staff and provide personal care (feeding and changing).

Important information regarding your child will be held on file in the nursery office. These records are confidential and only available to the staff and yourself. We will record your child’s progress and development and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your child’s development at any time.
