The Safeguarding Policy of Xaverian College is intended to ensure the maintenance and promotion of a learning community that provides a safe and secure environment free of all forms of harassment, abuse and discrimination, providing support and guidance for all community members.
Xaverian, in line with its Mission Statement and legal requirements, has a duty of care to all members of its community with the overarching aim of providing a safe environment in which all can realise their full potential.
This Admissions policy applies to students seeking admission to the College’s full-time Advanced, Level 1 and Level 2 courses, which are for 16-18 year old students. The College also offers some degree provision in association with Manchester University. Entry criteria and application for these courses is determined by the partner institutions.
The College needs to keep certain information about its employees, students, and other users to allow it to monitor performance, achievements, health & safety, safeguarding and human resource issues such as pay, pension information and sickness levels.
