Religious Studies

Your spiritual development is not only important to your student life, but for the decades beyond it.

Xaverian is a college built on spiritual values.

Religious Studies form part of your personal development programme.

You’ll learn about, discuss and debate a wide range of topics in a friendly, fun and supportive environment. There’s no exam – but you will emerge from these sessions spiritually nourished and with a developed and measured awareness of our world.

Religious Studies isn’t just about the classroom. There are lots of opportunities to bring your lessons to life.

We organise a range of events for you to further widen your horizons supporting gLandmakrood causes like Amnesty International and CAFOD. Help out with our Christmas party for the local senior citizens, and join us for our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes, or one of our many retreats.

Working towards your Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award? Volunteering with Xaverian’s Christian Union will move you closer to this achievement.

Need guidance of any kind? Your Pastoral Manager is here to help.
