The general rule 

College Entry Requirements reflect the College’s commitment to ensure that the curriculum is accessible and that applicants are able to pursue a full-time education programme at a level appropriate to their Key Stage 4 qualifications.

For a Level 3 Programme, the College requires a minimum of six GCSE passes, of which at least two must be at Grade 6 or above, and at least four at Grade 5 or above.

This is a minimum requirement for advanced level courses, and individual subjects have their own specific course entry requirements. You’ll find these below.

Music

A Level

Grade 5 in English Language, plus a Merit in BTEC Music or Grade 5 in GCSE Music. You’ll also need at least Grade 5 in voice or an instrument, and the ability to read and write music
